This spirit is more of a contemporary gin where the juniper flavors are not overwhelming, allowing the fragrances of lavender, jasmine and strong citrus notes be more predominant. We filter this product through Lynnhaven Oyster shells so that the flavors can be compounded in such a way that this spirit can be easily mixed in a gin and tonic, negroni, or martini.

This gin is so smooth that it can also be poured over the rocks or neat, not a claim that many of our competitors can make.
